I believe this question was asked previously, but forgive me as I did not see a response. Now that we have a team registered, where do I find the forms for parents to sign acknowledging their child's participation? Are there other basic housekeeping items like this that need to be done prior to a tournament? I find this information very hard to find on the FLL website and can use any helpful advice.
