Your tournament director will send out an email a week to two prior
to the tournament with details about what to bring, what to expect,
etc. This is what I sent to the teams coming to the Harrisonburg
regional last year.
Ralph
Please bring the following items to the registration desk upon
arrival. Required forms are available online at the VADCFLL website
(www.vadcfll.org).
* Team Information Sheet: Bring four copies. Attach a team photo if
possible. You will turn in one copy at the registration desk. The
team will give one copy to the Technical Design Judges, one copy to
the Project Presentation Judges and one copy to the Core Values
Judges.
* Release Forms: Coaches are responsible for submitting a signed
release form for each team member, mentor and coach (i.e., all
participating children and adults). Parents should sign for minor
team members. Team members cannot participate without these forms.
Other things to bring:
Robot and parts
Box in which to carry your robot (prevents catastrophes due to
dropped robots!)
Laptop computer
Power strip and extension cord
Extra batteries
Backup copy of your program on a CD or other media
Printed copy of your robot programs, if possible, for technical
judges
Lunch cooler (optional)
Things to trade (pins, stickers, etc.) (optional)
Please do not bring your challenge mat or challenge set. There is
not enough space for teams to set up individual team challenge mats,
and in the interest of fairness, teams will NOT be allowed to use
them at the tournament.

Thank you for the information. We may have missed it Is there
a link on the FLL on what items to bring to the tournament. We
went to an intro session and were told we would need to bring
mission props.
Best Regards!
