There is an FLL Consent and Release form that is required of all participants at FLL tournaments. It does not address participation in your team, per se, but rather participation in the tournament activities. These forms need to be submitted at the tournament registration desks in November. The form will be posted on the VADCFLL website sometime soon.

Now that we have a team registered, where do I find the forms for parents to sign acknowledging their child's participation?

Are there other basic housekeeping items like this that need to be done prior to a tournament? I find this information very hard to find on the FLL website and can use any helpful advice.
