This is also very nice! Anything that makes the students pay attention to the values they are to live by, at least on the team, is a good thing. If they find out they work, the values will carry over into other parts of their lives. I have seen many a team follow the lead of the coach/mentor--attitude, stress levels, etc. Set a good example, and they will follow.
