If I remember correctly, you should expect to see something soon from the Virginia/DC Head Judges discussing a Core Values poster as a helpful, optional aid to teams.

In past years, I have seen discussion on this list about what types of information are helpful to have to discuss with the Robot Design judges, but I don't recall any particular mention of using the robot Executive Summary.

If you'd like a peek at how these have been described in other regions, check out http://edoutreach.wpafb.af.mil/Robotics/pages/resources.html  Note that these are from last year and from Ohio, so any expectations this year may be somewhat different.  The tips on recommended content will likely be helpful to your team in organizing your thoughts.

Sorry if this questions has been asked before but I wanted to know if "Core Value Poster" and "Robot Performance executive summary" is a requirement at VA/DC tournaments? Looking through FLL website it says check with your local operator on the above. I am guessing I will get an appropriate answer here since some of you may already know the answer.
