The description of how awards are determined is available on the FLL Judging page at http://www.firstlegoleague.org/event/judging.  You should also read the Judging FAQ linked from that page.

FLL’s qualifier advancement policy is based on Champion’s Award criteria.  Champion’s Award criteria require that the team, performs well in all three judged areas (Project, Robot Design and Core Values) and receives a Robot Performance score in the top 40% of official Robot rounds among other requirements.

FLL does not rank teams except to identify Champion's Award winners.  There is no combined score or weighting.  The judges look at teams that perfom well in all project areas (subject to specific constraints about participation and sharing.)

All teams should expect to get judging rubrics with comments back after a tournament, identifying where they are strong, and where they are still developing.

Can some one point to how the combined scoring works ? What's the
percentage for the Robot challenges vs the percentage for the project vs for
teamwork etc ... I assume the teams go to the next level based on their
combined score.

Also, where can the teams look at their individual scores, combined scores and
their standing after the competition.
