Since most Regionals are held at schools, I wouldn’t count on being able to get on the school’s WiFi (unless your child attends that school, although even then it might be down—and there won’t be anyone around to restart it). As Ralph suggests, don’t count on it. I wouldn’t even count on using a cellular connection, as many rooms have weak signal.
