Ack...I was doubly wrong!  I'm glad that I prefaced my email with "if I am remembering correctly" because - clearly - I was not.  Whether this was a rule change sometime over the course of the last 10+ years or I just never had that right in my mind, it was a good reminder to read the rules carefully each season.
