I think FLL is paying your fee to the verification company ($2.50 for each coach). also, information stays with verification company, which is probably in the business of doing background checks for volunteers. This background check is good for one year. They should not store personally identifiable information beyond getting a pass or fail after the check, this would be worth checking, which I think they might be doing. With this verification you can probably work as volunteer for other non profit organizations too.
also someone was asking about the team roster being an excel spreadsheet. TIMS should generate roster after kids are officially registered in TIMS.
