Thank you for the information!  I don't know how I missed the big CALENDAR button.  Ugh, I need to calm down!!!

There are three regional competitions in our area, two are within ten minutes of our meeting place.  How do we go about choosing which one to sign up for?

Regional registration doesn't begin until October. The tournaments (also called qualifiers) take place during the weekends of November and will be a single all-day event for your team. 
When you register for the tournament you indicate your preferences for when/where you want to do the competition, and the arrangers try to accommodate everyone to the extent possible.
