I think you receive an e-mail stating something to the effect that you can use your clearance for a year and I'm not sure the green check mark alone indicates you're cleared. My co-coach had a green check next to her name for quite some time but had somehow gotten lost on the clearance website and hadn't been cleared after all. I only found out when we weren't able to order any material.

There is no notification.  On the Lego TIMS team summary screen you will see a green check mark in the YPP column after your name once you're cleared.
