Premiere episode of a new series hosted by CBS News correspondent Mo Rocca which will celebrate the inventor’s spirit, from historic innovators of past centuries to the forward-looking visionaries of today. Former FIRST team, The Inventioneers (from Londonderry, NH), will be featured on this premiere episode talking about their SMARTwheel™ product and their beginnings as a FIRST LEGO League team.

American Graduate Day 2014
Broadcasts live Saturday, 9/27 from 11AM – 6PM ET on public media stations across the U.S. (check local listings)
American Graduate Day airs for a third consecutive year! This live national, multi-platform broadcast event focuses on the individuals and organizations working in communities across the country to keep students on the path to graduation.
Dean Kamen, Woodie Flowers, Don Bossi, students from four FIRST teams (along with their robots!), and a FIRST Alum will be featured in various segments throughout the 6-hour program to air between approximately 2:30 – 6:00pm ET, and a ‘teaser’ segment to air between approximately 11-11:30am ET.
