I received 3 number-6 bags (one of them very small) and two number 9s.
Are you sure you didn't place a number 6 as number 9? Just checking...

I had a similar issue with model #2.  When you initially call, they'll direct you to the coaches handbook and a site that tells you how to request missing pieces.  You need to press the issue, making sure they know that it's an entire bag.  
  After a little discussion, I was forwarded to a gentleman in customer service that asked me questions about the bags that I had.  He was able to identify the missing bag and sent it to me.  The only negative that I have is that they used SLOW shipping.  It took well over a week for the parts to arrive.

Hi,

How many bag #6 were there for 2014 field kit? We got only 2 bags numbered
#6 but the instructions says we need to use three bags marked #6. We used one of the unmarked bag to complete the mission but still we find several pieces missing for that mission. Any help is greatly appreciated.
