The page here <http://www.va-dcfll.org/teams/tournament-registration/> has
instructions for giving regional tournament preferences. *Don't* click the
"Go" button-- you'll want to instead look at the information in the
"regional" tab. There are prerequisites listed, so you'll want to make sure
you've met them. I hope that helps!
