I have seen others report the same issue elsewhere. Ugly workaround: get a wifi stick for the ev3 and use wifi instead of Bluetooth until Apple fixes things.

  I (somewhat stupidly) updated my Mac this week and now the EV3 software is not recognizing the brick over bluetooth.  I realize that this is a nebulous problem statement but my team is here at the house and I"m running out of troubleshooting ideas.  The symptom that I'm seeing is that when I go to refresh the bluetooth devices it very quickly returns with no bricks found.  Before the update it would "think" for about 2 seconds and then show me the brick.

I have rebooted both the brick and and the computer
