Here's an outline of the high-level schedule for the Championship tournament in Harrisonburg on December 6-7:  Times are approximate until everything is finalized.

Saturday (JMU Memorial Hall)

Team check-in opens:  8am

Coaches Meeting:  8:30 am

Opening Ceremony:  9:00-9:30 am

Division 1 Judging:  9:30am -1:00pm

Division 2 Activities: 9:30am-12:00 noon

Division 2 Judging:  2:30pm - 5:30pm

Division 1 Activities:  2:00-5:30pm

Sunday (Harrisonburg High School)

Pit opens:  7:30am

Coaches Meeting:  8:00am

Opening Ceremony  8:40-9:10am

Robot Rounds  9:15am-3:45pm

Parade of Teams and Closing Ceremony  4:15-5:45pm
