Tonya (and others who are interested),
For the consent forms, you will be able to bring a print out of the page that shows that all your members did it online.  We need a hard copy of that but not of each individual one that was done online.  We're still new at using the online system so it's a bit of a learning curve for us too!

As for the registration system for the VA-DC FLL Regional tournaments, I'm not sure if you can access that info yourself through TIMS (I'm not a coach so I can't see the system that you all use) but if not, you will need to collect that information from each team member in order to complete the tournament registration.  We need it to be as accurate as possible since we use it to assign team divisions as well as order supplies.

You can start entering that information anytime and can complete everything except for the tournament preference.  That portion will open on October 1st and the entire system will close on October 10th so that we can do the assignments.  Information can be found on the www.va-dcfll.org website. 

I just got information from our last tournament yesterday and will work on getting some form of a schedule out as soon as I can, hopefully in the next few days.

Hello,

I have my parents fill out the consent and release agreement online at the FLL site.  Do I need to have them fill out separate paper copies to bring to a Virginia tournament or can I print the team roster for the FLL site to bring?  Is there any way to access the information from the FLL that we would need to register our team members on the VA/DC site or do I need to collect that information separately?
