The TIMS/STIMS/VIMS sites are all run by US FIRST in New Hampshire so I can’t do anything to check on your situation myself.  You can e-mail [log in to unmask] <[log in to unmask]> and get help.  They’re usually very responsive (you may not get an answer until Monday morning).

Hi!
I am a rookie assistant coach of FIRST LEGO League
I am unable to enter my child's info on the  https://my.usfirst.org/stims/Login.aspx website.  So I sent myself an invitation.  When I try to create a username and password, I get a message saying that it already exists.  But it won't let me log on with my existing information.  When I try to reset my password, it says an unexpected error occurred.  I followed all the directions in the invitation that I received.
Please help!
