I just wanted to let people know that one of our coaches called FIRST in New Hampshire as she was having similiar issues.
She was told that they were migrating or upgrading their software and to try again on Monday. Sure enough - today it works.
Maybe your team will have the same results.

I am (kinda) a veteran team and I got a message from a parent over the weekend having trouble with the system.
It would be a great help to have the original step-by-step instructions for registering a team AND then the parent instructions.
I've been in, but my parents can't seem to get in.

I believe login profiles are different between the two systems. I used the same email id but registered again on STIMS, it worked.

MaheshHi!I am a rookie assistant coach of FIRST LEGO LeagueI am unable to enter my child's info on the https://my.usfirst.org/stims/Login.aspx website. So I sent myself an invitation. When I try to create a username and password, I get a message saying that it already exists. But it won't let me log on with my existing information. When I try to reset my password, it says an unexpected error occurred. I followed all the directions in the invitation that I received.Please help!Thanks,Best Regards,Anita Murthy
