I just wanted to add that we have often had large attachments, and the team usually uses a large plastic dishpan to carry their stuff up to the table.  I think it is definitely worth practicing ahead of time the whole process of walking up to the table, knowing what to do with their stuff, etc, just like it will happen at the tournament.
