Please make sure all teams bring 4 copies of the Team Information Sheet (found at http://va-dcfll.org/teams/team-resources/) as well as the printed out team member list from the FIRST registration that shows that all team members and coaches did their consent forms online (paper copies need to be brought to the tournament for anyone who did not do the online version).
