There are four quadrilateral pieces on the back of the truck that guide the truck along the railing. When fixed properly there is wider gap pointing to the railing. If it is fixed the other way with the narrower end facing the railing, you could experience difficulties like the way you were mentioning as it is hard to get the truck on to the railing.

In the Transport mission, the team saw that the truck is inconsistent when pushing back. Sometimes it's getting stuck to the Sorter, and sometimes it goes too much to the North that it misses the lever that holds the Yellow Bin. Is it a problem with the way the team built the model, or should it be pushed in a specific way ? Thoughts and experiences are appreciated.
