In my opinion, what works best is to take screenshots and paste them into PowerPoint or Keynote.

With a presentation deck you can make a nice title page, even include team picture and picture of your robot, and label/comment code.  For programs that stretch really long you can cut them up and display them like a book (top to bottom, left to right)

You can also scale the code so it's visible to 40 year old eyes (which helps us older folks see what's going on)

1) Take screenshots of the code using the iPad (press the "off button" and "home button" at the same time).  Print the screenshots.

2) Share the program/code file to a desktop from the App (click on the share icon on the main screen of the app and then pick the program you want to email and select "share to desktop".  Open the ev3 file on a computer (using the regular EV3-G software - either home or edu edition).  Then go to File-->Print to print the code.  Or you can always get screenshots using the desktop version.
