Has any one received the details for the state tournament. I still have not received any details or the schedule. I have gone ahead and paid the registration fees, based on the link that was sent out by one of the members in this group. Also booked the hotels. 

Is there anything else I need to do to get ready for the tournament. When are the details/schedule usually sent out to the teams.

My team was selected to move on to the state level.  Is there a listserv for the state tournament?  Does anyone know when we might be getting information about the schedule so that we can make arrangements for accommodations?
