All,
This is the initial alert for teams regarding the DC United game. You can now save the date. Please send this out to your normal distribution via e-mail, listserv, social
media.
FIRST has been invited to participate in the DC United STEM Night on Saturday, April 23rd. The game is at RFK Stadium and starts at 5:30. The opponent will be the New England
Revolution. Participating FIRST teams with robots should be there about an hour prior to the start of the game, The exact time and procedure for teams to bring in their robots will be finalized and sent out to teams.
We are working to find sponsors for helping to defer the cost of tickets. The projected cost for teams with a robot will be $5.00 and $10.00 for teams without their robot.
All four FIRST programs are welcomed to join us for the exhibits and the game. More details for ordering tickets will be sent out in the next couple of weeks.
