Hello everyone,

I'd appreciate your advice and resource recommendations for an outreach and
team expansion and/or formation event we are planning. Our team (my two
sons & I) would like to run a "Learn about FLL" outreach meeting one
evening in early May at a neighborhood clubhouse. We plan to introduce
people to FLL, demo the robot on the 2015 field, share project posters, and
answer questions.

We may or may not be interested in expanding our team for 2016, but if we
do go that route, this would be a way to meet others who'd be interested in
joining our team. If not, it would be a way for us to identify and connect
others who could start a new team.

Please share your advice (how to get the word out, what to do/not do, etc.)
and resources (flyers, agendas, interest/application forms, URLs with any
of this, etc.). Also, if one such info meeting is not sufficient to get to
know potential new team members, what else do you recommend?

Thanks!
