I asked FIRST to help figure out the issue.  Here’s the response:

This is a technical glitch that occurs when people have multiple accounts in our system – same social security number, but different names, email addresses, etc.  For Skip – it looks like he has 2 accounts with different names and email addresses, but I’m not entirely sure because I don’t know what his legal name is.  For Ruchir – it looks like he has 2 accounts with the same name, but 2 different email addresses.  It’s best to have them email the address listed:  [log in to unmask] and they will merge their accounts, which should resolve the problem.

 

That sounds reasonable to me – can you check and confirm the issue (multiple accounts) and confirm if that’s the case from your perspective?
