As it says in the Challenge Guide, for the project presentation
"Set up and complete the presentation in five minutes or less with no adult
help."

For the Robot Game, "Matches last 2-1/2 minutes, and the timer never
pauses."

So teams should practice to target 5 minutes for the project presentation,
and running as many programs or missions as they want to in 2.5 minutes at
the table.

Core values activities are usually just a few minutes, depending on the
activity and the team.  That leaves time for questions and answers.

Most FLL judging sessions in Virginia-DC last a total of 10 minutes, from
the time you enter the judging room to when time is up and you need to
leave.
