From a coach perspective, I'd say no.  I don't have the document in front of me, but if I remember right the team is supposed to pick an animal and an interaction.  Reducing air pollution is cool, but I don't see how that qualifies as an interaction between the humans and animals.  I'll be curious to hear other people's views on this.
