The coaches will be called so that they will know what time a scheduled call back will occur on Sunday if their team will have one.  The judges will determine the call-back list on Saturday and then schedule times for each team (for presentation and possibly robot design call-backs), based on the robot performance schedule.  We want to make sure that the coach knows if the team needs to bring their presentation materials on Sunday as well as make sure that they know what time to be there for the judging session.

If your coach gets a call on Saturday afternoon/evening about a call back, they will be told what time the call back will occur, what type of judging it is for and where it will occur.
