Yes, if your team members (all or part of the team) filled out the consent form online, just bring the roster that shows who has completed it and give that to the registration desk at your tournament.  If any of the team members did not have their consent form completed online, they will need the paper copy.

Remember that the team includes both the students on the team as well as the coaches (in other words, coaches need consent forms as well!).  Parents, siblings and other spectators do not need consent forms.

I just want to double check.  If my team members filled out consent forms online, I just need a print out of the team roster, right? If not I can bring paper consent forms to the tournament.  I just want to make sure we have everything we need.
