We don't have a listserv, per se, for FTC and FRC.  There are several Facebook pages for teams to connect.  If you need help starting on finding a team, our team can help.  We are local to the Richmond, VA area, so kids looking here can find us easily.  Outside of our area, we try to connect kids with teams we know as best we can.  We also mentor other teams regularly.  Our team is a member of the FIRST Community of Experts, and is currently the advisor team to the FIRST Global team from Suriname, South America.  Let us know if we can help!
