Pretty sure photos have NO AUTHORITY.  Authority lies first with updates, then with the original rules text.

Here are the specifics:
  On Page 6 of the Field Setup Guide, the instructions state the following:

     "RAIN CLOUD AND RAIN: Secure with cloud past facing east. Move the yellow bar north while evenly spreading 8 Rain into the top. Perfectly even spread is not expected."

   However, the photo on Page 5 shows the Rain Cloud with the cloud side facing west.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
