Hello
The EV3 brick turns on and shows ‘updating’ but doesn’t change from this screen. (See picture)
We’ve tried troubleshooting by holding the back, middle and left button to reset to no avail.
Any other suggestions to troubleshoot this issue are appreciated.
The screenshot shows what we’ve already tried.
