All information has to be in the system by October 10 and coaches and managers will not be able to log into the system to make any changes after that time. There are a few very limited ways that teams can make changes but not all changes may be allowed so teams should be aware. And we have to manually make those changes for you so it can be time consuming. Locking the system is necessary because we use the team information to assign tournament, determine age divisions at each tournament and even buy the participation ribbons which all have to be done right when assignments are announced so that they will be available in time for the tournaments.
Dropping a team member:
There is no need to notify us if you drop a team member. Just be prepared to tell the folks at check in for your tournament that the team member is not there.
Swapping team members:
You
must notify Krystian Jones (
[log in to unmask]) to swap a team member. We will need to know the name, gender and birthday for the new member as well as the name of the member they are replacing. If the swap does not effect the team's division, it should be ok. If it makes a division 2 team become a division 1 team, the team will remain a division 2 team. If it makes a division 1 team become a division 2 team, either we will have to see if the tournament can accommodate the change or if not (or if it's a tournament that only has division 1 teams), the change will not be allowed.
Adding team member:

Hi Karen,
Does this mean that after October 10, we also cannot change the team members? My team's families are unsure whether or not they can attend because we don't know the date yet. Some families are traveling for Thanksgiving and which date we are placed in will determine whether or not some can come.
