There’s a website where you can buy just about any part LEGO has ever made.  The interface is pretty clunky, but once you figure it out you’ll be amazed at what’s available.  The key, for me, was to find an old kit number that had the parts I was looking for and use that kit number to get a complete listing of all the parts in the kit.  You can then find the part on the list and - most often - buy it separately.
