I would highly suggest the "Landroids" table design.  There are variants
out there on the internet but that's definitely the best design I've seen.
Our team built one 4 years ago and it has been awesome.  We can take it
down and store it (my wife likes that) and take it to different meeting
locations.  If you decide to build one, feel free to e-mail me and I can
give you more details about our design.  It's not as complicated as the
Landroid one... no fancy dovetail joints for us!
