Hi Robin, welcome to FLL!

I received a confirmation from "[log in to unmask]" to my registered email address.  You're also able to check via your account dashboard if it's been shipped by following the below steps.  If it hasn't been shipped there will be no tracking number.

1) Under Team "Finance Options" click the "View Payment History" link:
2) Expand the "Registration" area by clicking on the triangle or the word
3) If the kit has been shipped, it will show the shipping date and the tracking number (mine was via FedEx)
4) Go to the FedEx website, enter the tracking number and it will give you the scheduled/estimated delivery date.

I'm brand new to FLL and I've been wondering if we are supposed to be getting some shipping confirmation. May I ask where you received the confirmation notice? Was it just sent to the coach's email? We registered and paid on June 3rd. I don't see anything on my dashboard about a shipping notice. And I haven't received any emails. I'm just hoping I didn't screw something up. My team of newbies are all set to meet on Sunday to check everything out and I was hoping to have the challenge set by then. I'm in the que to speak with someone from FLL. But not surprisingly, they are having a "heavier than normal call volume". So I'm not optimistic I'll hear back soon.
