As we are practicing our robot, suddenly the color sensors are not working . The port view shows infinity for both of them . All other ports and sensors are working. Any ideas how to solve this problem. 

I tried connecting a new señsor to the port and it is showing infinity.. Is it a brick problem or software .. Do I have to reset the brick and download the software or has the brick gone bad

Thanks in advance for the help. We are a bit worried now as we have only a week to go.
