Sometimes the tournament contacts the “team managers” first. So, if you aren’t the person who registered the team, try checking with whoever did.

Good morning - you should have received a Welcome email from the tournament director. I would check your Spam box. Some of the coaches coming to my tournament have reported that emails are ending up there.
