I've seen a couple of teams pull the Solar Panel Array near their Base.
Last week, the opposite team pushed theirs, and both teams scored.
Yesterday, the times that I noted it, the other Solar Panel wasn't moved.

It is a nice strategy, that benefits from talking things over with your
opposite team first.
