I agree. Amazing coordination by volunteers.
Along with new approach of taking teams to rooms, I liked the proximity of judging rooms. No rushing early and waiting.
Suggestion: Competition Pit. Teams and parents crowded around the tables. It would have been better, if a blue tape was used to mark the floor where rest of the team would stand near the table. A tape for next team to wait. Another for parents and spectators.
Otherwise, thanks for making the event a great and enthusiastic experience.

Team Challenge Accepted (#32809)
Thank you Lynne Rizzo, Joey Kerns, referees, judges and all other hard working volunteers.
The Hayfield tournament was very well organized. The scheduling and the new approach of taking the teams to the judging rooms instead of the teams running around trying to to find them, was excellent!
The kids had fun, enjoyed watching other unique robots and innovative projects. They very much appreciated the feedback comments from the judges.
