FLL Teams,

Boeing and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) will be offering grants to FLL teams (new and existing) again this year.  More information can be found at https://www.aiaa.org/home/get-involved/students-educators/first-lego-league-grant-program?utm_source=Informz&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=AIAA+Homepage. 

Note that in order to receive this grant, the coach requesting the grant must be an AIAA member.  There is a free membership level for STEM teachers (called AIAA Educator Associate Members) though and information about that membership can be found at: https://www.aiaa.org/membership/types-of-membership/educator-membership (plus it comes with other benefits of membership like lesson plan resources and access to other classroom grants).

So if you have a coach/mentor that's already an AIAA member or a teacher that wants to become a member, I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
