If you mean meetings I would guess you could get many different answers it really depends on how you want to manage things. When I coached we met as a team once a week for 2 hours focusing on project and deciding which robot missions to do. We then had smaller meeting (3-4 members) where each group worked missions. I have worked with teams that meet once a week (usually Saturday) for 3-4 hours. Many teams end up adding meetings as tournament gets closer. Hope this helps.
