My team has a question about the project.  Does it have to be a problem with a "building or public space in "our" community" or can it be a global issue with a solution located somewhere else? We are in a rural community, not a city.   (i.e. over population?)

Just do not want them to get too far into a project that would not be deemed appropriate for the challenge.
