Q: When does a Team lose the precision points?
A: The Referee removes a Precision Token from the field when the Team Interrupts the Robot and the Robot is not completely in Home.
The Team may continue to handle the Robot until the next Launch without worrying. (The Team can't Interrupt the Robot until there's another Launch.)
Rule 27 (also see RG07): INTERRUPTION PROCEDURE – If you Interrupt the Robot, stop it instantly, then calmly pick it up for the next Launch.

In addition to these questions, I would like an answer for the following:
When does someone lose the precision points? I have a scenario.
Robot starts first mission form launch area at 0:00 mins...gets its done and returns to home area after 1 minute.
Then the technicians touch it and change the attachments and again could do 2 things before start of second mission (by this time 1:10 minutes have passed)
A) Start from home
B) Pick the Robot from home and place it in Launch area
Do they lose precision point in A) or B) or Both situations because they touched it after the initial First mission launch
