The requirements for the Virginia-DC FLL Championship are exactly the same as the requirements for the qualifying tournaments.  See https://va-dcfll.org/va-dc-rules-and-guidelines/

If your team wants to bring a poster for your presentation to the judges, or to share with other teams, then please bring one.  Otherwise, posters aren't needed.
