I had a similar issue last year…..someone on my team had soccer conflict.

As long as that person is not critical to running the missions at the table, or essential for any of the judging events this was not a problem.

The role that he had on the skit part…..I had to give it to another kid (make alternate arrangements).

Subject: [VADCFLL-L] Team member

I have a team member who is going to leave the competition for a swim meet.  Aghh!  Should I bring this team member with me to the competition?  What happens if a team member leaves during the day?   Are there rules on this?
