Good morning, can anyone please tell us how many points is the following blocks/upgrade configuration? Here is the top view and side view of the configuration.

Our team has a doubt about the upgrades placed on a structure. Here in the pictures there are two tan units (each 2 levels high) and an upgrade is placed on one of them. If an upgrade is touching only one structure, but there is overlap with other structure in top view (not touching), are both structures still considered separate and not bridged?
