That’s up to the team. Your project presentation must be presented live. For example, you can’t record your project presentation and then show judges a video of your team doing the presentation. You can use presentations as part of your live presentation.

 

Posters are optional. Since most tournaments are in school, VA-DC does not provide any audio visual support. Tournament schedules are tight. If a team has technical difficulties, assume tournaments will not reschedule a judging session.

 

If a team elects to do the optional Core Values posters, it should follow the FIRST Guidelines for a tri-fold poster.
